How we handle the information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information FYTIX ("we", "us") collects when you visit or shop on www.fytix.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form; we never store them in readable text.
Order and delivery details — the shipping address (name, phone, street, apartment, city, state and PIN code), the items you ordered and your order history.
Shopping activity — items you add to your cart or wishlist, so they are waiting for you the next time you sign in.
Messages you send us — the name, email, subject and message you submit through our contact form, or share with us over WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
Usage information — basic, aggregated analytics about how pages on our site are used, which helps us fix problems and improve the store.
Advertising and measurement data — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which records actions such as pages viewed, items added to your cart or wishlist, checkouts started and orders completed, along with your IP address and browser information, and shares them with Meta. This lets us measure how our ads perform and show relevant ads to people who have visited our store. See the section on advertising cookies below for how to opt out.

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or netbanking credentials. Those details are entered directly with our payment gateway.

2. How we use your information

To process your order, payment, delivery and returns.
To keep you updated about your order status and tracking details.
To answer your questions and provide customer support.
To maintain your account, cart and wishlist across visits.
To improve our products, website and service, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We send marketing emails only if you have subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to kanika.fytix@gmail.com.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is necessary with the service providers who help us run the store:

Payment gateway (Razorpay) — to process online payments securely.
Courier partner (Delhivery) — your name, address and phone number, so your order can be delivered and tracked.
Hosting and analytics providers — to keep the website running and to understand site usage.
Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — activity captured by the Meta Pixel, so we can measure our advertising and reach people who have shown interest in our products. We never send Meta your payment details.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store (sign in, checkout) will not work without them.

We also use advertising cookies set by the Meta Pixel to measure and target our ads. These are not needed for the store to work: you can turn them off in your Facebook ad preferences, block them with your browser's tracking protection, or write to us and we will stop processing your data for advertising.

5. How long we keep your data

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Contact form messages are kept until the query is resolved and for a reasonable period after that.

6. Your choices and rights

You can review or update your account details and saved addresses at any time from your profile. You can also ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by writing to kanika.fytix@gmail.com. We may need to keep certain order records even after an account is closed, where the law requires it.

7. Security

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to it is restricted to people who need it to fulfil your order or support you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

Our store is intended for customers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
