Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you shop with FYTIX.

These terms apply to your use of www.fytix.com and to every order you place with FYTIX. Please read them before placing an order — by placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Your account

You need an account to place an order, save a wishlist or track your deliveries. Please keep your login details confidential and make sure the information in your account — especially your phone number and delivery address — is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

2. Products, sizing and colours

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric details, fit information and wash care. Product photographs are shot as faithfully as possible, but colours can appear slightly different across screens. Please use the size chart on the product page before choosing your size — it is the easiest way to avoid an exchange.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is placed). We may decline or cancel an order — and refund any amount already paid — if the item is out of stock, if the address is not serviceable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free across India.

You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card and netbanking through our secure payment gateway, or choose Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; FYTIX does not receive or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order that is already confirmed.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India through our courier partner. Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details, and you can follow the status of every order under "My Orders" in your account. Delivery timelines depend on your PIN code and the courier network, and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as weather, strikes or restrictions. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address on the expected date.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

  • You can raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from "My Orders" in your account.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with its original tags and packaging intact.
  • For reasons of hygiene, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Once we receive the item and it passes a quality check, the refund is processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders we will collect your bank details to process the refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to the replacement size or colour being in stock. If it is not available, we will process a refund instead.
  • If an item reaches you damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Cancellations

To cancel an order before it is dispatched, write to us or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may raise a return after delivery as described above.

8. Use of this website

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape or republish our content, interfere with the site's security or operation, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Intellectual property

The FYTIX name, logo, product photography, videos and website content belong to FYTIX and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
